Ich initiiere oft auch eigene Projekte die mich motivieren und Spass machen und starte sie, wenn ich die richtigen Partner dazu gefunden habe. Wenn ich das passende Team habe oder ich angefragt werde ein Projekt zu unterstützen, kann das je nach Zeitplan und Aufwand auch spontan und aus der Energie heraus umgesetzt werden.

I initiate often my own projects which motivate me and are fun, and kick them off if I found the right partners. If I have the right team or if I am asked for support, it can also be implemented spontaneously if it generates a good energy, depending of course on the scale and time schedule.
