When you are connected with yourself, and you know how to trust your stomach feeling, then you know when the moment has come. When you ask me, if there is a perfect moment? I don't belief that there is, because we might have a job, a partner, kids and money or our health to take into consideration. Now we have a choice: Do we create an entire list and bring excuses why you can not do what you wish to do or do we look a that list and see how we can go about it? Stop listing and start acting, it all starts with little steps.


We live in a world saturated with messages on social media about what we should do, and there’s nothing wrong with advice from parents, partner, friend or teacher.


The thing is that you need to learn how to filter all of that, because:


Only YOU know how to walk in your shoes, and no-one knows your needs dreams and desires better than YOU.



Why do I do what I do?

My name is Claudia, I am 50+ and I have over 30 years of experience in exactly doing that. 


It all started with family discussion when I was 18, which brought me to the point that I never wanted to feel stuck, and sorry or regret for not trying. So I am on a personal mission ever since and try to be open, show up and expect the unexpected.


I started to write down my wishes and dreams. Some of them I was able to implement in the NOW, others took month or even 20 years. 

How do we go about it:

Dreams and Vision change over a life time, so we can adjust them as we grow older, and have more experience. 


My Approach:

  • Connect with your innerself: How do we regulate ourselves when we are feeling uncomfortable with ourselves and who is talking when we feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed...
  • Comfort zone: What do you needed to get out of the comfort zone and make that first step.
  • Limiting beliefs: What kind of limiting beliefs are hindering you to do what you wish to do
  • Values: Understanding your personal values helps you live an authentic, happy life. Learn how to identify them, and use them in the decision-making process.
  • Mind & Body: Feeling stuck, bottled up emotions like frustration and guilt not only make you unhappy, miserable and frustrated, they can lead to physical stress on your body and cause pain.
  • Vision Map: Visualise all the different pathways toward your vision. Having a clear visual of each possible pathway will help you make the best decisions, that will take you to where you want to be.

My motivation

Motivation comes from the Latin word "movere" which means "to move & drive". My motivation is to keep on challenging myself by doing things I have never done before, with the basic trust that everything will turn out well. I learned throughout the years different techniques related to Body & Mind that help me regulate myself when things get tough. I know for a fact that it's all within me, and that if I wish to feel better, I have to look inside off me and not try to change the outside world. There are moments when I get stuck and have doubts like everyone else. In these moments it's time to have a deep look inside of me with compassion, and find out what was the trigger that caused my inner child to take over control and sabotage my own development. Today I can most of the time help myself because I have the tools. And don't forget, if a new challenge comes along its ok to ask for help. We continuesly grow, learn and become happier and compassionate with ourselves.
